Nevada Lynn is a Red River Métis who grew up both in the Yukon and on her grandparent’s Peace River farm in northern Alberta.

Nevada Lynn is a Red River Métis who grew up both in the Yukon and on her grandparent’s Peace River farm in northern Alberta. She works full time as digital artist and studies Visual Art with a focus on printmaking at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. Nevada gratefully lives on the shared, unceded territory of the Skwxwú7mesh Nation and the Lilwat7úl Nation in Whistler, BC where she leverages her creative practice to serve in the realms of social justice, climate justice, Indigenous sovereignty and water protection.
